A few weeks ago we were lucky enough to have the Corporate Commando come and spend some time with our Sixers and Seconds.This was a very successful event that saw the cubs testing their mental, intellectual, emotional and leadership skills.

The cubs were tested over six different tasks with an individual cub being allocated as the Boss of the task. The boss was then encouraged to talk to his team members about the task, consider the good and bad points of their suggestions to complete the task. Then the boss had to decide on the task direction, allocate jobs to his team members and ensure the task stayed on track until the end. Once the task was completed, the boss was asked what went right and wrong with the challenge.

What a fantastic experience for the cubs and we would like to give a special big thanks Corporate Commandos.
