 Just in, a couple of pictures of the awesome suspension bridge built at the farm camp.
I'm told that fun was had by all in the wet, cold and muddy conditions. Lots of food recharged the troop after the bike hike.
Scouts cooked and cleaned up after tea, a night of swapping stories and making friends, to end the night warm and cozy in their tents.
Sunday saw Scorcher guiding everyone through building the suspension bridge.
Scouts looks like fun.... |

Just to let you know what we are doing this week. We will meet on Monday night 1/3/10 at the back of Coles Albert Street Sebastopol at 4:45pm for the Reptile show. You will need to bring $5.00, which will cover the show, and you must be in full uniform if you are a registered scout. You will need to be picked up at 7:00pm. Could you please let me know if you are not attending, as I do not want to be waiting outside for your arrival if you are not attending?
Tuesday Night 2/3/10 we have Construction/Destruction night at Power Reserve Grant Street Sebastopol (7th Ballarat Scout Hall). We will meet at the venue a 6.00pm for a 6:30pm start. You will need to wear scout uniform for this activity it is recommended that you wear long pants as the water balloons can sting if you are hit. You will also need a bike helmet, which must be worn at all times while the balloons are being fired. Could you let me know if you are attending this activity please?
Sunday 7th March
We are holding a BBQ at Trash and Treasure. I am looking for volunteers for this event. All we are asking is an hour of your time. The funds raised from this BBQ will go towards your fees, a camp or a trip whichever one you decide to use this for. The more people we can get to help with this event the less time any family needs to be there. We are looking at starting families from 9:00am and finishes at 1:00pm. Could you let me know if you can help me with this event and what time suits you best so that I can do up a small roster?

Hat Sun Screen, Change of Appropriate Clothing for weather, Towel, a drink bottle (full of Water) and Health Form |
